Workshops

Workshops are extended classes that have a specific focus. Workshops are appropriate for both beginners and continuing students. The extra time and targeted focus of a workshop allows for an intensive experience and a finer understanding of how to integrate the benefits into your life.

Workshop topics have included pain free neck and shoulders, improving flexibility in hips and back, better posture, enhancing balance, easeful walking, pain free knees, or improving activities such as skiing, kayaking, tennis, gardening, or computing. Peggy can also custom design a workshop geared toward a specific need or interest.

Workshop fee: $45 for club members, $55 for non-members
Members: sign up on the Harbor Square app or website
Non-member sign up instructions: email danielle@harborsquare.com with a carbon copy (CC) to peggy@peggyprotz.com. State you would like to sign up for the Feldenkrais workshops and note which workshop you would like to sign up for. Danielle will add you to the roster and you should get a confirmation stating you can pay the fee at the front desk when you arrive for the class.

Basics of Better Posture

Sit straight, stand tall… what if you were able to do this naturally, without effort and without thought? Discover a more flexible posture that allows you to sit, stand, and walk without tension.
